Take note of the following clarifications/ addenda,
- Exemption of the AGPO suppliers from the Registration Documents
Cognizant of PPRA Circular No. 02/2023 dated 28th April, 2023 .All Interested AGPO suppliers are only required to provide AGPO Certificate for automatic inclusion into the University List of registered supplier’s upon submission of a Valid AGPO Certificate and that all other Statutory documents indicated as “mandatory” are for Self-Registration in the University Suppliers Portal ONLY and SHALL NOT form part of the Documents needed for Registration into the University List Of suppliers.
That this only applies to the AGPO reserved tenders only.
- Application of registration categories
That the maximum number of categories that a bidder can apply for have been limited to four (4).
- Tender Closing/ Opening
That the Tender Closing/ Opening date has hereby been revised and amended to Thursday, 22nd May, 2025 at 11.00 a.m.
