SUMMARY

Mary M. Waiganjo is a member of academic staff of Egerton University, Faculty of Education and Community Studies, Department of Agricultural Education & Extension since 2013. She is a teacher trainer and her main areas of instruction are Methods of teaching, Curriculum development, Principles of teaching and Learning, Agricultural Communication skills to the undergraduate students. In addition, she teaches Comparative Education to the post-graduate students. Her other profesional responsibilities at Egerton University include but not limited to students academic advising and mentorship, Teaching Practice co-ordination both at the departmental and Faculty level, Teaching Practice zone coordination, Assessing students during Teaching practice and Field Assessment practices. She has participated in a National exercise of developing Agriculture curriculum for Competency Based Education in Kenya for Grade 4, 5, and 6 as an agriculture subject panelist.
