I am currently the secretary in Procurement Department where i undertake the following duties which include, receiving telephone calls and perform Public Relation function, type from manuscript, operate reprographic machines, undertake routine office duties with no supervision, access and utilize online information, draft official correspondence and handle confidential documents, take charge of documents and files.

I have worked in several departments which include, Directorate of Planning and Development, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Directorate of Timetabling and Examination (temporary), Board of Post Graduate Studies, Halls Department and Procurement.
