SUMMARY

Mr. Henry Kiprono Koech is a Lecturer/ Research Fellow in the Department of Environmental Science, Faculty of Environment and Resources Development, Egerton University. Henry holds a Masters of Science in Environmental Science of Egerton University where he also earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Resources Management. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Environmental and Occupational Health. Henry has worked in the Department of Environmental Science since June 2013  and held some responsibilities including being an examination officer from August 2017 to December 2022.  Though Henry has a basic training in natural resource management, he has a  bias in environmental health with a focuson the impact of the environment on the quality of health. Henry teaches among other courses Environmental Risk Assessment, Disaster Managment, Statistics for Environmental Science, Methods in Environmental Research Occupational health and Safety, Environmental Geology, Environmental Health, Management of ASALs and Environmental Impact Assessment among others
