Note: Early Registration involves presenting all required original documents to the faculty you have been admitted to as well as selecting and paying for accommodation before the reporting date.

IT IS MANDATORY FOR YOU TO UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS BEFORE VISITING THE UNIVERSITY FOR EARLY REGISTRATION

GOVERNMENT SPONSORED STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ACCOMODATION ONLY DURING REGISTRATION

Procedure for uploading the required documents.

  1. Log in to your portal
    1. For Government Sponsored Students use the link (https://application.egerton.ac.ke/gsp/login-kuccps) and login with your index number.
    2. For Self Sponsored Students, use the link (https://application.egerton.ac.ke/ssp/login-register) and login with your email and password set during application.
  2. Click on Upload required documents
  1. Upload the documents listed below in their respective Please ensure all attachments are in either PDF, JPEG or PNG formats.

Documents to be uploaded are as follows: -

  • KCSE results slip or certificate
  • School leaving
  • National ID/birth
  • Colored passport
  • Duly filled student personal details form (EU/AA/FM/07A).
REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION EXERCISE – FIRST YEAR STUDENTS FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR

KUCCPS students are required to present the ORIGINALS and COPIES of the following documents:

  1. KCSE results slip or certificate (Four Copies).
  2. School leaving certificate (Four Copies).
  3. National ID/birth certificate (Four Copies).
  4. Hard copy of Chest X-ray (Taken from a reputable Health Facility) - (One original).
  5. Colored passport photo (Four Pieces).
  6. Duly filled student personal details form (EU/AA/FM/07A) - (Four Copies).
  7. Duly filled medical form (EU/AA/FM/08A) - (One original for Medical Department).
KINDLY NOTE THAT:
  • No student will be allowed to register UNLESS all the documents stated above are presented to the registration officers.
  • All self-sponsored students MUST present the originals and certified copies of requirements 1 to 3.
  • Self-sponsored students MUST ensure that all copies for submission are certified by an Education Officer.
  • The personal details form MUST be signed by the local Chief and Assistant County Commissioner at your place of residence.
  • The fee for KUCCPS students will be communicated once the University receives guidance from the Government.
  • Self-sponsored students are expected to pay the first-semester fees in Full by the fifth week of the semester.
  • Any fee payment should be done via e -citizen. This is only possible after registration.
