Egerton University (EU) wishes to invite interested and eligible candidates who must qualify by meeting the set criteria as provided by the University to be registered to perform the contract for Registration of Legal Services Providers as stated below:

The main objective of this part is to provide legal services under relevant tenders to EU on “As and When required” basis during the period ending 2027.
Legal firms duly registered under the Law of Kenya and/or any other state organ in respective services are invited to submit their registration documents .The completed registration data and other requested information shall be submitted on/or before 28th May, 2025 at 11.00 am through the portal i.e. https://suppliers.egerton.ac.ke/ .
Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website www.egerton.ac.ke or the Government Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
Thereafter, suppliers will be expected to register online through the new supplier registration portal i.e. https://suppliers.egerton.ac.ke/ Registration should be done on /or before 28th May, 2025 at 10:00am.
Registration documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Procurement department in the presence of candidates or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend.
