Egerton University in compliance with sections 71 and 44 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 and the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations 2020 respectively, invites applications for Continuous Registration of suppliers to be included in the current list of registered suppliers in the University for supply of the Goods, Works and Services as stated below:

A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the University website (www.egerton.ac.ke) and supplier portal www.tenders.go.ke for free, Or can be obtained from Procurement office Njoro Campus upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KES: 1,000.00 (Kenya shillings one thousand only) to be deposited at KCB Egerton University Main A/c No. 1101906812 and receipted at cash office Njoro Campus.

In compliance with section 57(2) of the PPAD ACT 2015, The Submission of request Shall Be Continuous and Registration list shall be updated periodically.

The Registration list shall be updated every 3 months. Bidders are encouraged to submit their request on or before the respective closing dates as shown below.

Registration documents will be opened immediately thereafter at the Procurement department in the presence of candidates or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend.
