 Clarification/Question 1. Prequalified Consultants:

That the invitation is restricted and limited to the following consultants having been successful and prequalified from Expression of Interest Stage:

Clarification/ Question 2: Please clarify whether bidders are required to submit a bid security in light of the clause that proposals must remain valid for 130 days after the proposal submission deadline?

 Answer:

 That item number 5 in the Evaluation criteria is hereby amended to read:

Attach an original bid /tender security valid for 130 days from the proposal submission date from a commercial bank in Kenya or an insurance Company in Kenya approved by PPRA.

Clarification/ Question 3: Having gone through the proposal document, we have noticed that Tender Security and Confidential Business Questionnaires forms are missing from the tender document.

 Answer:

 That the Tender Security and Confidential Business Questionnaires forms are attached below.

 Clarification/ Question 4: Tender opening/closing date:

 That the tender opening date has been changed to 14^TH APRIL, 2023 AT 10.00 A.M.

Interested bidders are advised to strictly adhere to the addendum notice.
