Egerton University invites qualified and interested bidders for the tenders stated below:

Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using standardized tender documents. Tendering is reserved for Firms registered under PWDs special groups who may view or obtain the tender document by downloading from Egerton University’s website: www.egerton.ac.ke or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.

Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least Three (3) days prior to the tender closing date i.e. on or before 14th January, 2025 at 11.00 a.m... All Clarifications and addendums will be posted to Egerton University website and to the Public Procurement Information Portal.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and the name be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Department building Ground Floor Njoro Campus along Njoro-Mau Narok road and addressed to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the designated tenderers, representatives at the Procurement Department Boardroom located at the Ground floor or as may be advised. Late submissions of bids will not be accepted.
