SUMMARY

Prof. Dinah Kipkebut is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration in the Faculty of Commerce from 10th August, 2021 to present, a Senior Lecturer from 23rd March, 2015 to 10th August, 2021 and a Lecturer from 13th April 2011 to 23rd March 2015. Prof. Kipkebut also has 20 years experience as an Administrator at Egerton University having risen from the rank of Administrative Assistant to Senior Assistant Registrar between October 1990 and March 2011. She’s a holder of a PhD in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, UK. Her research interests are in Human resource management, general management and organisational behavior. She teaches several courses in human resource management, organisational behavior and management at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate level. She also has supervised both Master’s and Doctoral students and published several journal articles. In addition to teaching, research and supervision, she has developed Seven (7) modules for e-learning programmes. She has held leadership positions in the University including Chairperson of Business Administration Department from 2012 to 2016 and has participated in community activities.
