About Egerton Egerton University has prepared institutional and Divisonal Service Delivery Charters.The institutional Service Charter is in English and Kiswahili versions
Each of its Divisions namely, Administration and Finance, Academic Affairs, and Research and Extension has English version of its Charter.The Charters are public commitments of the University and its Divisions on the services provided, the requirements for the services, costs and timelines. The Charters provide quality bench marks on which institutional and Divisonal services are to be evaluated.
