So as to be received not later than at 10.00 a.m (EAT) WEDNESDAY 19TH DECEMBER, 2018

The opening of tenders will take place immediately thereafter the closing date indicated above for various categories at the procurement department boardroom, Njoro campus in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

Bidders MUST sequentially serialize all pages of the submitted tender document failure shall lead to automatic disqualification
